Sesame Seeds and Indian Jaggery (Rich Source of Calcium)

From many days I was thinking about a simple and easy Indian whole food that I can eat daily, that can give me enough calcium and that is also an alternative of milk or milk product.

And here it is...
Sesame Seeds and Indian Jaggery
Shred jaggery over sesame seeds and enjoy!
You can use a knife to shred jaggery
Take jaggery according to your liking for sweetness.
Take spoon and have it!

Sesame seeds are rich in calcium. Recommended daily dietary intake of calcium varies between 500 milligrams to 1200 milligrams per day. Children need maximum calcium (1200mg per day) and then women (700-1200mg per day) and then men. 100 grams of sesame seeds have more than 900 milligrams of calcium, whereas 100 grams of milk have about 125 milligrams of calcium.

So, guys believe me raw sesame seeds are really a rich source of calcium and it's also easily available in India. There is no kitchen in India that does not have sesame. Moreover, Almond is also a rich source of calcium. 100 grams of almonds have about 250mg of calcium. Now, the idea of mixing jaggery comes from one Indian healthy food: "Kachariyu", but Kachariyu can only be taken in winter season as it contains many more ingredients for winter and it also take time in preparation. So, jaggery is enough to enhance the test of sesame.
