Let us make a fast and piquant snacks for Gymmer. My nephew is a regular gymmer and always talk in a way that this food contains so many percent of calories and this percentage is fat and etc .. etc .. And teenagers are always (especially men) hasty.
So, let us make a fast, piquant as well as healthy snacks. It will gonna be fun because it's really an easy snacks to prepare and requires only 4 ingredients. I have given it a name "Piquant Almond".
Ingredients:
1) 10 Almonds![]() |

2) 10 to 12 drops lemon juice

3) 2 or 3 pinch of salts

4) Half tablespoon of red chilly powder

1) Make the almonds clean and wet:

Take almonds in a cup and make them clean with drinking water twice or three times, so they become wet also.
2) Lemon Juice:

Pour 10 to 12 drops lemon juice into the almonds and mix well. So that the salt and chilly powder can be applied evenly over each almond.

3) Sprinkle Salt:

Sprinkle salt according to your test (I have less salt in my mind so I always use enough salt.) Mix it well.
4) Sprinkle chilly powder:

Sprinkle chilly powder and again mix it well. Here it is your snacks is ready.

Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. Lemon contains Vitamin C. Salt is for test and sodium chloride. My favorite Indian red chilly powder is rich in potassium that
soothes blood vessels and it also contains Vitamin C. Remember: "We human beings are always deficient of Vitamin C"
