Inserting Web Image in Google Docs

Let us learn how to insert image from the web within the Google Docs. By following way, we can also insert or import any search content of web or your content from your Google drive.

 

Step 1

Login to Google Docs. Create blank document by clicking on Blank.


 

Step 2

You can assign name to your document and then hover your mouse to the symbol that can be seen on lower right corner.

 

Step 3

Click on this Explore button.

 

Step 4

Click on search bar given in Explore window.

 

Step 5

Enter search word of your choice. For example, tiger. And then click on the topic suggested.

 

Step 6

You can see 3 types of listings. Web, Images and Drive. You can import any text content from Web research or you can import any content from your Google Drive also. But, here in our case, click on Images.

 

Step 7

Now you can see images of Tigers in IMAGES tab.

 

Step 8
 

Hover your mouse on the image of your selection. You can see the plus sign on the image as shown above. Click on that plus sign to insert image.

 

Step 9

Bingo! Image is inserted in your document.


 

 Step 10

Click on Close Explore on upper right corner of Explore bar.
